Over his 25-year career with Capita and Civica, he has partnered with numerous acquired founders to expand their businesses. He has supported these founders and their teams in selling, building, servicing, and supporting a wide range of products in sectors such as public safety, financial services, education, health, Local Government, human capital management, Central Government logistics and facilities management.

Craig Rodgerson
Chairman
Craig has had a distinguished career in the IT and software industries, marked by leadership roles in innovative UK tech businesses. Currently Craig is the Chair of TotalMobile, the leading provider of field service management software and Achillies, who set the standard in compliance management software.
Craig has previously held the following roles;
- Chief Executive Officer at Capita Secure Information Systems: Craig led the company, focusing on secure information systems and technology solutions.
- Divisional Director at Capita Group: Led Capita’s Software Division, making a significant contribution to its growth and success.
- CEO at The Foundry: He joined The Foundry in October 2017, where he was responsible for driving the strategic direction and development of the company’s innovative product offerings through to exit.
- Portfolio Partner at HgCapital LLP: Craig joined HgCapital in 2019-2021, bringing over 30 years of IT leadership experience to the firm after which he became a Non ex Chair.
Craig’s extensive experience in IT leadership, strategic development, and product innovation has made him a respected figure in the industry. His career reflects a strong commitment to advancing technology and driving business growth.
